about
STEVE MONTOYA:
"FOR THIS ONE I HAD THE IDEA OF A STUNTMAN WHO IS VISITED ONE DAY BY THE GRIM REAPER WHO TELLS HIM THAT IT IS HIS TIME TO GO. TRYING TO STALL FOR TIME, THE STUNTMAN PROMISES AN EVEN MORE IMPRESSIVE STUNT FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK IF THE REAPER WILL GIVE HIM ANOTHER WEEK. SO HE FINDS HIMSELF LIVING AND BUYING MORE TIME EVERY WEEK BY DOING MORE IMPRESSIVE STUNTS. IT'S A SONG ABOUT CHEATING DEATH."
lyrics
It’s good to see you my old friend
You need to face me every now and then
I’m here to test you once again
Don’t let me down or you will face the end
I feel this strain upon me
I’m pushing overload
I conquer all that I see
Stand back, watch me explode
Since I was very young, I needed to be bold
I never listened to the warnings I was told
So fascinated by the things that made me scream
I would pursue a life so many call extreme
I see you watching from the corner of my eye
Are you here to take my soul, is this my time to die
Or could it be you’re out to get another thrill
Either way I laugh at you and how you like to kill
Stay away, I’m not ready to go
Not today, why don’t you leave me alone
Do or die, adventure I seek high and low
Don’t ask why, my fate shall remain all my own
<solo: Roybal>
To myself I’ll be true
I won’t stop living fast
There’s nothing that I won’t do
Each day could be my last
Stay away, I’m not ready to go
Not today, why don’t you leave me alone
Do or die, adventure I seek high and low
Don’t ask why, my fate shall remain all my own

Allow me to copy Pagan Altar's third album title to describe not only III:Pentecost but the whole discography of Wytch Hazel so far: well, yes, it's Magical and Mythical!!! A must-have for the lovers of 70's hard sound revival. BoneWalker
Love this album. It’s like a very pissed off Manowar decided to play a blend of blackened speed/power metal! Definitely makes me want to ride off into the snowy wastes to slay dragons!! cory_m
What a fantastic record, great riffs, with memorable songs and when you finish the album you want to listen to it all again, at least I did. The vocals are the highlight for me and is what grabbed my attention initially, damn good stuff. dimeraraven
